I have been trying my best to get back to blogging. I sure do miss it, so I thought I would share some random facts about myself.

Anyone else terrified of clowns? I sometimes hate Halloween for this reason. 

I'm back....

Happy Tuesday ladies!!

It has been a really long time since I have blogged and I feel so lost. Life has been pretty crazy. Work has been stressing me out just a little on top of dealing with some issues of my own.

I bought these cookies for the first time and I must say they are my new favorite cookies! 

I got in an accident on March 13 and made a visit to the ER to get checked out
I sprained my wrist and has neck and back muscle spasms and still trying to recover. I'm still sore and it bothers me to turn my neck when backing out of parking spaces. 

Ugh, I just hate dealing with accident stuff! Well, who does right? 

My favorite coffee mug got hurt in the accident as well. I didn't realize it till I was putting it away in the cabinet. :(

This past Saturday, I went and took a trip to Conroe with some friends and rode a Jetski. I must say, I needed this type of relaxation. It was so peaceful to put all the craziness behind and get on the water and enjoy a beautiful day. 

Sunday I went to lunch with some wonderful Houston Bloggers
and treated myself to a much needed Strawberry Margarita and Tortilla Soup

You all know I have been a little MIA recently from blogging. Well that is because my Sony Laptop needed to be taken in to Geek Squad to fix the HDMI output and LCD. Turns out it was approved for an exchange. I used to have a Mac before my PC and missed it so much, I took the plunge and purchased a MacBook Pro.

I love it!! I'm so glad to have a laptop back, now I can get back to blogging!! YAY :)

I'm so glad to finally have a laptop again. I missed blogging as well as I missed hearing from all you lovely readers. 

What kind of computer do you use to blog? If something happened to your computer, would you still be able to blog daily?

YAY for Thursday!! 
My day off consist cleaning, looking at houses to rent, and more cleaning...blah! 


I wanted to introduce your ladies to my little baby boy. Do worry, I'm not revealing I have kids. haha

Spike was given to me by L on our 4th anniversary. We had taken a weekend trip to Corpus Christi and went to the Texas State Aquarium. I have always loved turtles and I had been wanting to get one. When we got back from our trip that Sunday, we headed to Petco. 

We looked at the huge tank filled with little turtles and I wanted them all. haha

I saw that this turtle was very active, and then eventually would bask under the light. I knew at that point, he was mine. When we brought him home, he probably measured 4-5 inches or so. He moved away with me to College Station and just kept growing. 

He loved chasing fish in his tank, trying to escape, and basking under the light. I eventually had to leave him with my parents because he was just getting to big and was already in a 40 gallon tank and was just getting to big. It was always so hard for me to clean that huge tank. 

After my parents separation, Spike moved with my sisters boyfriend. His mom had another turtle and didn't mind caring for Spike. I think the last time I measured him he was 9 inches or so. He is a big boy now, and I miss him entertaining me. His water level has to be low, if not he would escape. (He got out of the tank one time at my parents and freaked my mom out in the kitchen) haha  

I miss this little guy, and his sister Lexi misses him as well! She would always bark at him when he would splash around in the tank.

Wednesday's Random Thought

Wednesday is finally here!! 

YAY.... I'm glad that I could use my day off tomorrow to catch up on reading blogs and scheduling post. I have been so tired by the time I get home from work. Blah

I have been catching up with all my recorded shows on the DVR and just LOVE this commercial. Every time it comes on I start singing and when I turn to L he has this huge smile on his face. He always laughs when I start singing at dancing to this commercial. haha
